I rehearsed with it Fri and Set in with Mike Siglers band Sunday. It performed flawlessly. And it played great and sounded great. These keyless GFI's just tune up and are ready for the night. Someone once said they L@@K different, So does a PT Crusier and a Volkswagon, HUMmmm. Actually this steel is very sharp, Its dark blue with the lighter blue pad. Tell Em Mikey if you see this post. Just for the record Mike Sigler told me a week ago that he dont get nothing out of the sale of these steel and he didnt mind me saying this. He plays them because he likes them. They are so responsive. You know i'v had a lots of nice steels but these seem to perform so nice. I'm hoping to check all the new one out and would like to keep one and play it.
GARY.

As the former owner of Gary's GFI, congrats on getting a good one! This was a trade we both are happy with( I got his Carter).
Gary, you seem like like a good dude, but I am surely jealous of your hair! JP

I have a GFI SD10 KEYLESS (RED). I love it. Especially after adding a couple of pulls and changing the pickup to an E-66. Sounds & plays great and hardly ever breaks a string.

Hey Gary, congratulations!! on your new steel guitar, we need to see pictures of the guitar or you playing it, bring it out to Gary's Jam at his house, don't worry about what you think or anybody else thinks the guitar looks like, it looks like a steel guitar to me, and if it plays like one it is a steel guitar.

We got to see and hear Gary's GFI last Sunday at Mike Sigler's Show and it looks and sounds great! Gary also sang "Touch My Heart" one of my favorites, and did a fine job. Good to see you again.

Marilyn & Jaxie, too!

BOY, I never thought the GFI would make me more famous than the Purple Zum, LOL. Thanks Marilyn for the compliment on touch my heart. Why dont you become a producer and we will record it. Marilyn can you post a pic of me playing the guitar Sunday??Curt, Like Bob Barker says, COME on down. Steve,If anyone dont like the looks of a keyless they dont have to play one, But if you do you may not go back. This guitar is so quick and responsive its unreal. There are a lot of guys that play these that i know feels the same way. Mike Sigler could play anything out there BUTT he likes the keyless GFI. Dont knock anything until you try it. Jim Peters from what i can see i'm much better looking TOOOOO, LOL.You have a super son and Brad Sarno said he is absolutely an awesome guitar player. A.J. Orient is just south of Columbus. Mike Sigler wow these guitars are really sought after, WHATTYAA TINKK??

Im glad your happy, with the GFI, you sure got yourself a pretty one! And plays fantastic.
As you stated before, i really do love my GFI keyless, and yes there are many fine guitars out there i could be playing... But Pound For pound , tone to the bone, and so on, i select the GFI Ultra Keyless... Welcome to the GFI Family, i look forward to hearing you play on many more tunes in the future.

Yeah-welcome to the GFI keyless family!

I'm new to pedals, and can't play mine to save my life, but welcome nontheless.

Is there something I'm missing about Gary Steele here? is he one of these guys that's been through 30 guitars and still "ain't never satisfied?"
