I am looking for a copy of the Emmons "Learn 52 Songs on the E9 Pedal Steel Guitar" course. I have scoured the Internet and cannot find it for sale. I am seeking the audio and tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd be interested, too. I have his E9 "Learn to Play PSG" course, really great demo of classic Big E licks and playing approach.

Is that the "52 week" course that had 4 13 week (songs) segments by Buddy Emmons, John Hughey, Doug Jernigan and Russ Hicks? You could buy each section individually as well as the whole course. I had the Emmons and Hughey sections, but loaned them to a student who skipped town with them, along with several albums that are not in print any more.

That is the course I am looking for. I believe it had the following segments: Russ Hicks, Doug Jernigan, Jimmy Crawford, and John Hughey. Each section had 13 songs and was accompanied by a tape or CD depending on when it was purchased. I am interested in the whole thing but any part would be helpful. It doesn't seem to be for sale anymore.

I think you are right about Jimmy Crawford instead of Buddy. I may have had only the John Hughey section. Too long ago to remember. 🤔

Reading through that song list, I also had the Russ Hicks segment. I remember learning "Easy Loving". "Wipe Out" was pretty cool too.

I have the course I will sell. I will have to dig it out and see if it is complete. The audio is on 5" reel to reel tape, which I think is the original way it was sold.. Best I remember, I could only find 3 reels. I would think there should be 4. If interested, let me know and I will see what I have.

This is cool! I have a friend who has has all the tab material all of the audio on reel to reel .
One track is the rhythm section only, track two is rhythm a steel with full accompaniment.

He offered to give me the whole set I pretty sure this project was created in 1971
This person give $99. For a 52 week course.
Emmons sent him 52 lessons tab and audio
One per week for 52 Weeks..
I’m not going too take this as a gift an reproduce this for sale i don’t have the copyrights maybe , the New Emmons company could look into this an legal
Ramifications!
I would think this would be a treasure trove of interest for the pedal steel enthusiast.
There’s four of are steel guitar heroes on this project.

I’ve been looking for John Hughey material from the 52 week course and couldn’t find it anywhere. I ever bought a Teac reel to reel that works flawlessly, hopefully these will start to surface again
