For the dobro geeks among us.

Want to play s/n 401? Sure, have at it!

Interview of Paul Beard for "Bluegrass Today"!

A good read.

I couldn't begin to bid on the other MA late-'30s Dobro (426?) that was on eBay but I did snap up Mike's Korg (DTR-2?) rackmount tuner...even though I'd just bought another one. I put the first one on eBay and the buyer was in...Maryland.

I also had the unexpected pleasure of introducing Mike and Leroy (Mack) McNees at a Seldom Scene concert in Pasadena in the mid-1990s. I found it astonishing that these two titans had never previously met.
