Tim I second everything about Bill that is positive. He has some of the best service out there... I've gotten strings, tuner bracket, cables...all from Bill and I always get them within a couple days at a great price and packaged carefully. Not to mention he is always willing to give me advice and help with playing.
Plus, he's a pretty good picker too!!!
