I have a Sarno Steel Guitar Black box and I was removing things out of my truck when, my Black Box fell and hit the concrete on my carport. I had a gig last week and went to hook it. Upon doing so I learned I had no sound coming from the amp. I did have power on, because the blue light was on indicating, that there was power. I wish in knew what the problem could be.

Pull the top case off and see if the tube broke or became unseated from the socket.

Let us know if the tube became unseated. And if it is still messed up, please send it to me, I can fix these things very quickly and cheaply.

Best,
Brad
