today I paid a visit to a dear friends of mine Johnie King and his wife Sue, Johnie was in the shop picking on his guitars, and Sue got us some tasty ice tea ... we played a little and talked a lot... Johnie builds awesome lap steels, but he also built a few pedal steel guitars... here are couple very interesting guitars, one is pull release S10, and sounds terrific, and it is a beautiful instrument... another one sounds just like an Emmons, probably because of Emmons parts Johnie used to built this guitar... I had some great time, but forgot my pipe, so I had to watch Johnie smoke his lol ... but I did had some good ice tea ... next time I wont forget my pipe, and Old English tobacco Smile check this video to see more ...

Johnie built a tweed case for my '63 Sho-Bud perm. He is a nice man and does great work!
