I'm not aware of any difference....just a two different logos for the same guitars...

The script logo decals came first. Usually means it's an older guitar. This one isn't sprayed black underneath which is another sign of it being older. |

Super clean!
Either logo, I've had both, you're getting a solid pedal steel guitar. One-piece keyhead.
Both my script Fessy and "steer" guitar ring like a bell live and in the studio. |
