1980 D-10 P/P for sale at Arthur's in Indy - $2750

I was at Arthur's Music in Indianapolis last night for a bluegrass jam and noticed that they still haven't sold a 1980 Emmons D-10 P/P that's been on consignment for a few months there. Asking price is $2750 - not sure if there's any wiggle room. I didn't check it out carefully, but it looks to be in nice shape. Day setup.

No financial interest, just wanted to support the store and maybe help someone here find a steel at a fair price.
