$1080 shipped CONUS

Kramer Spector NS-2A 4 string, classic arched body, burgundy finish over flamed maple body, three piece neck-through constuction, pau ferro fretbaord, Schaller tuners and jumbo frets with oval/notched MOP inlays, black hardware, Spector locking bass bridge, 2 octave neck, MM114 by Mighty Mite. It's the Korean HAZ copy preamp that came stock in the NS-2A. EMG P & J pickups w/active electronics. It is in great shape, neck is straight, frets are in great shape, playability is super low with no buzzing. There are only a couple of dings. Weight is right around 10lbs, but the bass is so balanced and comfortable, you barely notice it. Comes in its original Kramer case with a set of flatwounds on it. Three of the control cavity screws are missing.

Apparently only 24 of these NS-2As were configured like this, based on commentary by someone who used to work in the Kramer shop. At the end of the Kramer run 24 of these "ARTIST" basses were built to use up the last of the NS-2 inlaid necks. They also didn't have any serial numbers.

I actually had one of these in Black (no serial number, made during the transition after Spector was purchased by Kramer I believe).

Probably the nicest Bass I ever played. The friend I sold it to says he is keeping it for life. Cool to see another one, as it took me a long time to dig up the info you shared here.
