I'd appreciate seeing some undercarriage photos from folks that have a 4 pedal 5 knee lever setup. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how the left vertical is gonna fit in there. Need to see some examples of how its done on other guitars. THX

Here's a couple of pictures of a guitar I put together a few years ago. If I was doing it today, I would use square cross shafts rather then round ones. It would not need the center brace.

Bill, is your LKR a reversing lever? Hard to tell from the images.

Yes, LKR lowered the E's. The was a very short shaft/bellcrank, then a rod down to the cross shaft for the actual bellcranks that lowered the E's. You can see the linkage in the first picture. I can't remember why I did it that way, but it was probably because there wasn't much room for the reversing levers, so I made it the simplest way. I wanted to locate all the levers on the shafts, rather than some kind of bracket. If you use something like the bracket style lever mounts, as on a GFI, for example, you have more options as far as the location of the levers. I wanted to keep the parts simple and it worked fine.

Greg, pictures of aluminum frame guitars and square shafts won't do much good really... Your Sho bud lever setup is screwed directly into the wood, and you just have to fit everything in there so it works.. If thats a Maverick body, as you think it is, it will be close... bob

Yeah, I was hoping to see some examples from an S-10 where the available space is at a premium.
