Steve Palousek is another of my steel guitar heroes - what a great player! Here's my best effort at tab for his killer version of Floyd Tillman's beautiful song, "I Love You So Much". It's off Steve's "Let The Games Begin" CD. You can check out Steve's site at www.stevesrecordingstudio.com

Special thanks to my friend Dale Rottacker for "slicking up" the intro for me. That's a very cool move to go from 8 fret to 7A and back up to 8A1/2.

There's a lot going on in this tune: Lots of augmented chords, bass walkups, etc. Definitely the biggest challenge I've had tabbing to date. Questions, comments, and corrections always welcome. Enjoy the music!

Notes:
D lever = strings 4 and 8 -1/2
E lever = string 2 "E" -1/2, "EE" -1, string 9 -1
F lever = strings 4 and 8 +1/2
G lever = string 1 +1, string 2 +1/2, string 6 -1
H lever = strings 5 and 10 -1/2

Here it is on youtube:

Jeff

Great job!!

Put us amateurs in our place.

Very Happy

I can see the sweat and tears, between the lines.

You will need a new set of strings now, that effort wore out the ones you started with.

See ya on next email
