1963 Fender 1000 - beautiful! $1350

Gorgeous short scale 1963 Fender 1000. You will rarely find a cleaner example. There are a few small nicks and blemishes but overall this guitar is in wonderful shape. It is complete right down to the mutes and bridge covers, which are almost always missing. The metal is bright and clean, with the exception of a little wear on one of the bridge covers where you lay your arm. There is not a speck of rust or pitting. Even the cases are in great shape, which shows you the guitar was well cared for.

It sounds as good as it looks and plays very smoothly. The mechanics are perfect and the Jaguar style pickups are smooth, full and well balanced compared to the earlier Jazzmaster style pups. It has the roller nuts and the modern cam style bridge. I haven't broken a string on it yet. I have it set up with E9 (three pedals) and A6 (five pedals) but it is a breeze to change copedants. I hate to part with it but I have a '58 1000 and don't need two. $1350 + shipping to USA.
