I've had a bunch of bender guitars. The Parsons style seems to have the smoothest action by far. You can install your own Hipshot and I had good luck with mine:

The Tremor Bender that Bill mentioned above looks awesome and I think I will try that next.

Check out Matney benders. They are extremely affordable compared to others and if you check out video interviews with him you can tell he's very passionate about his work and will guarantee his work for as long as you own his bender. I love his design and mechanically these look like very solid benders. I will definately be gettting one of his G benders installed on one of my teles when I can come up with the funds.
