Good Morning,

Here's a clip from the 1960s - with two steel players:

I'm not 100% but, I think Carl Smith singing with Curly Chalker and Johnny Siebert trading steel guitar duties. Maybe from the "I love you because" and "Good deal Lucille" era featuring Curly's great solos.
What did I win?🤔😂

Tommy's probably correct. But the Tune is not on the Carl Smith lP, I Love You because. I was told Jim Murphy played on one or 2 LP's after I love You because. Maybe even on the road with him for a while. Anyway, just to mix things up. I'll guess Big Jim Murphy and Johnny Siebert.

I think you win Bobby Boggs. It really does sound like Murphy influenced by Curly.
You gotta tell us Walter!

And it is Tommy who wins. Johnny Siebert and Curly Chalker. The track is from Carl's album "Tribute To Roy Acuff", Carl even announces Curly on one of the other tracks. Smile

Kind Regards, Walter

You're kidding? I was right? That happened to me once before, a long time ago.
Bobby, you had me second guessing myself, which really doesn't take a lot!😂
Love Curly's playing.
Walter, thanks for the game!😊
