These are the most recently created GeorgeBoards Manufacturing parts for DIY Builders of Lap Steel and Consoles.

This material is called Alumide, an Aluminum Composite Polymer.

The process is done on a Laser Printer with a powder -
we farm this out to an industrial job shop in Belgium that makes parts for companies like AirBus and Formula 1 Racing.

The photos show what they look like as we get them , no paint. #4 Sheet Metal screws. pre counter sinked to make install quick and easy.

Price is 20.00 dollars per each item, nut and bridge 8 String C6 spacing and depth V grooves = 40.00 includes shipping USA

Sockets are 20.00 per piece - 4 pieces = 80.00 dollars includes shipping USA.

This socket design is very easy to install flush to the bottom of your project, 3/4" deep 1.75 diameter, use a 45mm or 1.75 " forstner wood bit.
I got mine on line for under 15 dollars.

The 1/2 X 13 threads are clean and do not have Burrs to cut the fingers. pre counter sinked for #6 Sheet metal screws.

Here is an Instant Head to add to any plank for a Quick and Easy S6 Lap Steel Tuners Not Included.
