I believe these were screwed on to the wooden pedal bar to secure the volume pedal. I have the pedal. Anyone have one kickin around?

I think you need a Mullen pedal mounting bracket mounted to the pedal and two screws in the pedalboard lined up with the two slots in the Mullen bracket.
