The power switch has been on the back due to lack of real estate on the front panel.

I guess it is my turn to "speak up" on the subject of Peavey USA made products versus Peavey made in China products. Hartley Peavey was one of the last that wanted to move some production to China............and "has been" one of the last to move "some production" to China.
However, our Composite Acoustic guitars and several other products are still manufactured in Meridian, Mississippi. As an everyday consumer, one cannot deny that a lot of goods are being manufactured in China and sold back to "us", the U.S. citizen. Can you say "shooting yourself in the foot"?

None of us like it, but the pendulum has swung. However, as Bill mentioned, Hartley Peavey still runs the company on a daily basis here in Meridian. You can speak to an American citizen about Peavey products by calling our number at 1-877-732-8391. We are still proud of our American-designed products which are designed by American engineers here at Peavey.

Peavey amps were onstage for over 38 years in St.Louis and we continue to speak to customers on a daily basis about our 46 years of manufacturing steel guitar products.
