I've got a Yamaha FG365SII acoustic that I'm trying to unload for a friend.
Plays well and sounds nice (near as I can tell, I really only play bass and steel), in good condition.
$250 + shippping.

-It was made sometime between 1977 and 1981.
-The "S" indicates that has a solid spruce top.
-Rosewood back and sides.
-Not sure about the "II" designation but it might denote the lovely 3-piece back and decorative inlay strips across the back and endpin.
-A non-original padded soft case will be included and will be well packed.

As the pictures show it has various scuffs and dents some finish wear around the soundhole but nothing unexpected for a 35+ year old instrument and it seems to be structurally intact.

In the interest of full disclosure it appears to also have a replaced bridge pin (one is white instead of black) and tuning machine. Luckily, whoever replaced the tuning machine was good enough to make sure the replacement had the same button shape.

Can't seem to get pictures to upload, but you can see them at the Craigslist ad I'm using to try to sell it locally.

I owned a small music store in the mid '80s and sold several of this model. They were good sounding guitars! The workmanship was very nice and this was something of a step up model. This will make a good guitar for someone.
