Someone had asked for the settings for the Session 400 amp. Here is a impart, one of Jeff Newman's monthly letter, in 1989. This what he said about the settings. I hope it will download.

That sure looks like a Session 400 limited writeup.

This was done in 1989, I think the 400 had just came out. They made several after, not sure. I do further research from now on. Thanks I didn't notice these things before.

It's not your fault. Peavey should not have released two amps with such similar names.
The Session 400 Limited came out ten years after the Session 400 retired.

I'm not that familiar with the Session. When I start the steel in 1985, I bought a Vegas 400. The Session was out then, but I was looking at the Vegas 400 or the Nashville 400. I took the Vegas, because of the two channels. It was a great amp. Then when they brought the Nashville 112 out, I got rid of the Vegas, and went with it. The weight of the Vegas was about the same as the Session. I have loved the 112. I also now have a Nashville 400, but it just sits and collects dust. The Session was a good amp, and many still use them.

Agreed. It's not your fault, and we aren't giving you grief about it.
The names Session 400, LTD, AND Session 400 LIMITED are too similar.

The first two amps are similar, but the Limited is nothing like the others
