Can knee levers be installed on a Sho-Bud Maverick? _________________ Proud owner of-- '72 Fender Twin Reverb... Black Derby D-10..."Butterball" (my butterscotch blonde 52 hot rod tele-- my favorite guitar EVER)... Anderson "Nashville" T-Model... Lanikai ukulele... and Kawai EP2 keyboard |

Yes. Lowers and raises are possible, even raising and lowering the same string.
BUT it requires cleverness, and will not generally increase the value of the guitar by anywhere near the expense incurred, unless you have metalworking skills and do it yourself.
And there are no kits.
Both Ned McIntosh and Richard Burton are good at pull-release. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Somebody had a Maverick with 4 knee levers at one of our L.A. jams. This was one of the blond ones. It sounded pretty good as I recall. The guy who had it spent a lot of money upgrading it, but he was happy with the results. _________________ Please visit my web site and Soundcloud page and listen to the music posted there.
