Any input on Tut Taylor's Tutbro? It was a sort of cross between a Weiss and a spider bridge reso with a cone.

I was watching a video of someone playing one and was very intrigued by it.

They were relatively inexpensive as things go, but I doubt there are a lot of them around. Manufactured by Tut's son David I believe for a short while starting around 2008 or so.

I might be trying to find one of these in the near future.

RIP Tut. Yeah, probably not very popular...just never knew about them at the time or ignored them. Not everybody's cup 'o' tea I guess, but I'm kinda weird like that.

I found a couple old f/s posts here from several yrs. back.
