I bought this Sierra some time ago and the seller had changed the original pickup on it. He did not like the sound of the original Lis pickup, so he replaced the pickup with the one shown in the photo. He told me the name of the pickup but I have now forgotten it.

There is nothing wrong with this pickup and it really produces a great sound.

Could you help me identify the pickup, since I am no longer able to contact the person?

It sure looks like a Jerry Wallace TruTone to me.

Is there such a thing as double ditto. If you are coming to Winchester I will bring one to compare.

Thanks for your replies because it resurrected a trace memory. It is indeed a Jerry Wallace TruTone.

It does produce a good sound.

What do ya'll think?
