The other night at church, I did an experiment. I had heard well the Twin Reverb handles steel guitar. I knew my Zoom pedal had that effect in it. I was playing my Rogue lap steel into my wife's Behringer K1800FX keyboard amp.
I selected the Twin Reverb effect (FD COMBO) and man, my steel came to life! It was clean, loud when I needed it, and full range sound.
Me thinks I have found a new effect for mt setup! _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

If you like an emulated Twin, you'd love a real Twin _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

I think in most cases, Lane, steel pickers would agree with that...except for the fact that some of us can no longer even lift one. But the tone through a good twin is spine tinglingly wonderful.
Scott, those MS50G's are amazing in how many killer sounds can be found. I love mine and can't imagine playing without it. _________________ Best regards,

Lane, I'll have to agree with Mike, my shoulders can't handle a twin. Our guitar player was impressed.... _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)
