The serial # should be stamped into the edge of the end plate. Dan Burnham is on the forum contact him with this info and he should be able to date it. I have an SD10 now did have an S10 & another SD10. This guitar look's like it has only 2 knee levers. My SD10's have 5 my S10 only had 2 I took it down to Don the owner and he added 2 more. But I only live about 275 miles from Scranton Arkansas where they are made. They are asking a tad much in my ho. Wes

Actually there are four knees. Just a bit hard to see in the pictures. This is also Canadian dollars which would be about $8.95 US. Our money isn't worth anything these days so I thought if I could buy a guitar in Canada I could save some money. Actually that's $1,183. 38 US dollars by today's exchange rate.
Thanks for the info.

I'm sorry I didn't realize we were talking Canadian money. That is a good price you can buy parts from manufacture in Scranton Arkansas. Mine that I have now is an 86 model. The S10 that I had knee levers put on by Don at Scranton serial # was 151 He said it was a 69 or 70. Great guitars I like mine and real easy to change the copedent on any string. Wes
