Do you mean Sidekick Pro-Am?
I thought the basic Sidekick didn't lower 4.

The side kick Injust worked on for a friend did lower both E's. It was the plastic like body type. Tuning is a little different. I used that owners manual and worked fine.

I had a sidekick..those instructions in the manual WILL WORK..it is confusing..read them..then read em again..then try tuning the guitar while watching whats going on underneath with the changer..know it sounds nuts but those instructions are right..if I remember correctly..the mistake I was making was not leaving slack..that is a pull and release changer..so the mechanics will look strange until you see how the operation works.

ok I know the manual is right however the owner says the guitar has been "upgraded" that is why I ask for pics.
