Fellow pedal and non-pedal steel guitarists,

I'm going to be doing a solo performance in San Francisco (at The Lab) this coming Saturday, April 29th, and I need a good steel guitar amp. My hosts are having trouble locating one, so I thought I'd ask here. Does anyone in the Bay Area have a nice steel guitar amp I could borrow or rent for one night?

This is a solo gig, so the amp is, for me, more critical than it would be in a group situation. At home and for gigs I drive to, I usually use a Fox Vintage amp, so I guess the closest thing to that would be a Milkman or a Fender tube amp.

So anyway . . . if anyone would have one I could use, I'd be eternally grateful, and of course you'd be invited to the show (if you could sit through an hour of my playing without an overwhelming urge to leave the room).

Thanks in advance,
Susan
