Time to say goodbye to my dear Eastman 803CE, made in 2010 (I'm the 2nd owner). Beautiful guitar, plays and sounds wonderful, very lightweight and comfortable to play. However, too many guitars have followed me home over the years and, for the sake of "harmony in the household", something's gotta go. This one is in near-mint condition and comes with the OHSC. The only flaws I can find are a tiny ding on the headstock and a very slight scratch or rough spot on the lower bout which is only visible if you hold it at a certain angle to the light, but not normally visible. (Both flaws can be seen in the last two pics on the photo link below).

Solid, carved spruce top, highly-flamed, solid maple back and sides. Ebony fretboard. One inset Kent Armstrong pickup. 16" lower bout, 25" scale, 2.75" depth, 1.75" nut. (full specs at (http://guitarsnjazz.com/product/eastman-ar803ce-16/))

Here are a few shots. More photos in the photo link below.

These sell new online for up to $2100. I was originally asking $1200 + shipping (CONUS only) for it but have just reduced it to $1100 + shipping for Forumites. Gonna be higher at Reverb.com. A lotta guitar for that.

Jim, you've probably already played the good licks off of it...

From my experience here in Beijing, these are superior guitars in every way. The price is also amazing when you consider what a USA made Telecaster or Stratocaster cost. Buy local! Buy Forum! Buy from Jim. Stevet

Thanks for the bump and support, Steve, but the guitar has long ago been sold. I guess I should have posted a notice to that effect, but I didn't get the idea many folks here were paying attention to it anyway. Nonetheless, I found a suitable local buyer who appreciates it and was happy to trade me an appropriate sum of money for it. Smile

Thanks again and best wishes,
Jim
