Sonny and Dick, are you using those for pedal steel guitar? The weight sounds incredible. Steve t |

Steve, I decided to purchase the MB500 at the advice of Danny Naccarato who said he had been using it for a while and really liked it. I had a Nashville 1000 that the preamp had died three times after Peavey had repaired it so I bought the he MB500 to replace the Nashville preamp. It works great with all the highs and lows you could want. _________________ Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night. |

Dick, thanks a lot for the info on the MB 500. Sounds like it would fit the bill for me being light and having those highs and lows. Do you use it with the Nashville 1000 or is powerful enough to use as the amp itself? Thanks, Steve |

Steve, it's a 500 watt preamp so you can use it with a cabinet of your choice or just run direct to a PA if the PA isn't too small. _________________ Cops aren't paid much so I steel at night. |
