A little something extra on this one. I milled out the headend for more travel. Thanks Wayne Dahl for the idea!

Mike,
Is the body anywhere closer to getting finished? It should be soon from my calculation.
I'd like to see a picture of the body in its raw form once it gets back from paint. I'm also looking forward to the final product too! It should be KILLER!

I stopped by to check progress last week and the color is on the body. I expect it will be done in 2 weeks now. It will be well worth the wait _________________ I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you

Sure, the area right below the stop was milled out about 1/4 - 3/8" deep. This allows the pedal to have more throw. I cannot take any credit for this, Wayne Dahl told me about it and I did it.

Wow. I have been away for over a year working and moving and Life. I love what you are doing with the Emmons. I know how much work goes into restoring these very special items. as you might have seen a long while back I restored a Wright Custom belonging to my late Father.
It was a labor of Love. I have been learning to play all 4 necks and it is still a great challenge. Polishing out Aluminum is very time consuming yet the results are well worth the time and expense when the project is finished. Cudos to you and those of your resto team. Here are a few of pics from the resto i did. Again it was a labor of love

That is great Bob,
There is a part of me that really just likes bringing things back to new and life. I hate to see great instruments and amps go down the drain from age. Good job on your project.
I will have the body back from paint next Tuesday and can't wait to see her! _________________ I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you

Just got a few pics from the painter Steven at Southbound. Now Im getting excited.
Crummy lighting on the last one makes it look too dark.
More to come next week when I bring her home
