They don't come out. At least they did not on my PRP.

You'd have to cut it. You can buy a 2pc. split shaft and bushings from Mullen. That's what their add-on kits use...or buy some 5/16" hex stock and make one yourself.

They are made with a lap joint and a screw that holds the 2 halves together.

Photo of a half of one I made a few years ago out of stainless steel. Quite a chore to work with. Easier to buy one from Mullen.

As suggested, you might contact Mickey. He may have some used parts or other ideas as well. Good Luck.

You can remove them on the RP. Remove all the parts attached and remove the front and back retainer clip and pull the cross rod into the back panel as far as it will go and then the front should be able to pulled up and then just pull the rod out with the bushings. It's a tight fit but should come out.

I defer to Mike, of course. Sorry for the misinformation Mike (Archer). Embarassed I forgot the RP doesn't have the center rail like my PRP's.

Jerry you were correct that they did not come out on the PreRp without removing the undercarriage. Just one of the improvements on the RP and G2.
