Looking for self threading nylon tuners to work on my EMCI PSG. I really only need 2, but will buy more if available. These fit the smallest size threaded rods.
Stlll looking for the decal as well.

http://www.psgparts.com/MCI-EMCI_c19.htm used to have them, but they show as not available now. You might contact Michael to see if he's just out of stock.
The rod size is 3/32" and the tuning nut length looks to be either 1 3/8 or 1 1/2 in. on my MCI. Sorry, I don't have any extras.
Carter nuts will probably fit. I think Al Brisco at SG Canada has those.
Emmons [.109 rod dia.] might work or Williams, but they're too short. Maybe use a spacer |

Yes, I went to Michael's site, as I had gotten some from him before, and saw where it said he was out of 'em.
I'll try and contact Al Brisco about the others. I hope they'll fit. Everything I've tried have been too big, but the one's I got from Michael were self threading.

I found some George L's that will fit your 3/32 rod size that I got from Williams, but they are just over 3/4" long. They are closed end and you would have to use a spacer with them for your EMCI though.
I would be happy to send you a couple of them if you think you can use them, or if you can't find others the correct length. |

Jeff Surratt at Show Pro Guitars should have the ones you are looking for.
I believe they come as a package of 10.

I ordered some 1/8 tuners from Steel Guitar Network and Hank Ruf has the 3/32 ones in a pack of ten. They show as being closed end.
