Does anyone know Where can I get new nut-rollers...it does not appear like they are Gauged...

Jeff a Sho Pro would be the first place .
Jim Palenscar at Steel Guitars of North County would be the second . He could even make you gauges ones if you wanted .

My Pro 2 Custom doesn't have gauged rollers either. My Fingertip had string ball ends.
