Hello Everyone;
All the folks from Telonics invites everyone of you
to stop by & say Hello to all of us..
We love the Texas show & all the wonderful folks we get to
see/meet there.

We will have 2 showrooms again this year so you can stop by & try
out any/all of the Telonics products you want to try.

We had some feedback from some folks from last year that said they did not know that Telonics
had 2 separate showrooms at the TSGA Jamboree.
I will post directions on how to find both of these rooms & if you have any questions about how to find them -
the one showroom is near the front bar .
here are the directions to find both rooms =

GALLERA 2
Which is the next to last large room on the south side of the Main Lobby to the west,
just before you go into the vendor table room (which is just outside the Grand Ballroom).
you can see the small front bar from the entrance to this room .

and, the

TALLEY ROOM
(also known as "THE CAVE")
This is the room where the Ampliifer/Electronics seminar is held on Saturday afternoon.
It is to the right, just past the double glass doors at the NorthWest corner of the Main Lobby.
The doors are just to the right of the Whiskey Tango Lounge which sits at the West end of the Main Lobby opposite the restaurant.
Turn right after going through the double doors to the pool and immediately turn right,
go past the first small vendor room and take the short hall way to the left.
In ten feet you will pass through the door and enter the Cave to your right. (You can usually just follow the sound of steel guitar music.)

If you have been wondering about what all the talk about the Telonics line of products is about -
stop in & let us show & tell you about the volume pedals, pickups, speakers & the full line of amplifiers
+ the new remote midi control for the effects processors.
You are welcome to sit down & play with any of these items.
We will have some folks jamming in there also from time to time.

Our good buddy from England Mark Dunn will be hanging around there in the showrooms too.
He is a great steel player with a great sense of humor & we always have a blast around him.
We hope to see you there.

We appreciate all the support & trust of all of our customers - you are who drives us to supply you
with the best possible products made here in the USA.

Telonics will once again supply all the amps on the show for both the main stage and the non-pedal show.

Let us know if you are coming this year to Dallas.
Thanks .... The Telonics crew.

Cheers for those kind words Ron, likewise buddy. Looking forward to seeing you all.

I've just seen a draft copy of the poster showing the complete Telonics amp range... Wow! A couple of new products worth mentioning:

* The new TCA-500C1U-12 Combo - Like the original combo but with a 12" TSNEO speaker. It's slightly smaller in height but still has the 1U rack slot.

* There's also the new TLF-Pre500 Lite-Flight Preamplifier. All the pre-amplifier features of the normal combo in a compact unit. Perfect if you're using in-ear monitors and don't need a power amp and speaker.

Looking forward to checking those out myself...

Paddy - Looking forward to seeing you there and having a pick.

We are happy to announce that we have now completed our engineering effort on the final models of the TCA500C Combo amplifier line.
We will have all the models in the Telonics rooms at the TSGA show; however the show amps are already being spoken for, so stop by early if you'd like to examine or play through them. We always have Telonics pedals, bars and picks for you to use.

I'm pretty sure the type face on this poster will be too small for this post, but you can get an idea of the model spread at any rate. We'll have large printouts, user manuals, etc., at the show.
Our engineers and technicians will also be on-hand to answer questions and discuss any music-related topic on your mind.

We will be providing Telonics stage amps (bass, fiddle, steel, brass, etc) for the both the main stage and the non-pedal room as we did last year.

Don't forget that Telonics has two (2) display rooms and a vendor table display again this year, the GALLERIA 2 room next to MSA off the main lobby, and "the CAVE" down the hallway across from the exercise room and pool - to the right of the Whiskey Tango Bar in the main lobby. (The Cave is tucked back away from everything else - on purpose. You can play as loud as you like in the Cave - won't bother anybody).

We'll have some interesting and unusual classic amplifiers and steel guitars (Two Sho-Bud Christmas Trees, a big tuck-N-rolled white Naugahyde Standel 25L15, etc.), in our GALLERIA 2 room for you to examine - and play if would like to. The big TEXAN steel will be completed/restored and fully playable with a modern setup, a Gibson Multi-chord, a triple neck Bigsby, a great Push-Pull and others will be there as well.

And, we will again be hosting the annual Amplifier/Electronics open forum seminar/discussion in the Telonics CAVE, Saturday afternoon.

There will be a lot going on for you to see and hear on the show stages, but feel free to stop by when you can and try out some gear!

I will be there in spirit not in body. It's such a pleasure to hang out in the Telonics rooms and look at the new products. Dave Beaty and his family are just so helpful with any questions, and their pride in the Telonics brand is great to see. Best wishes to Mssrs Dunn and Whitworth too. Very Happy Very Happy

I will definitely be there with my Telonics Combo amp and Telonics Volume pedal. If you guys will....please bring an extra plug that goes to the volume pedal and a wall power outlet. I use mine so much, I would like to purchase another one, and don't want to be without one in case it goes bad. I know I have wrapped it around the plug 1000 or more times in the last couple of years. I look forward to seeing everyone from Telonics.

Yes, sorry I will miss you Charley.

I have sent emails to the various pedal steel manufacturers who are displaying over the weekend to make them aware that Ivor Greenwood will be inspecting all of their endplates, looking for irregularities. He likes them to have a mirror finish so that he can see his handsome features. Laughing Laughing
