Thinking of picking one of these up as a second strobe tuner (still loving my Sonic Research ST-300). I am assuming the two programmable banks on the VS-S2 are chromatic, yes? The manual doesn't say and even vaguely implies they are not.

Thanks.

Yes they are chromatic. I have the newer Peterson Strobo + HD and tend to use the VS II most often. I find it easier for me to program my own tuning on the VS II in the tempered 1 & 2 programs without having to go online. Such as my C pedal E to F# and my Knee lever 6th string G# to G split as well as the first and second raise to match the cabinet drop with your A & B pedal pressed to name a few. Others may disagree but I love my VS II. I have had it a long time and it has been trouble free. I am not knocking the Strobo +, I just like the VS II better.
