Black History Moment.
Alvin Lee & The Lee Boys hosted the Sacred Steel Summit in Memphis, TN @ the 2010 & 2011 Folk Alliance International Conference. This event proved to be another historic milestone for the Sacred Steel community. Sacred Steel musicians from both Keith and Jewell Dominion churches were in attendance.

I wish sacred steel or otherwise was still represented at FAI here in KC.

The first couple years there was a presence but not currently.

Still I'll be there with my 8-string reso, ready to jam.
