I am new to lap steel and whould like to find Blues music and tabs for 6 string lap steel in c6th or open e tuning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

Troy Brenningmyer has some excellent blues lessons in various tunings here. Open D is the same as open E tuning, just a whole step lower:

I know nothing about written music or Tabs, therefore I have nothing to sell you. I would suggest striking out on your own, or be stuck with stuff that has been done a million times, or that which someone sells to you.
