I have a barely played Beard/Gold Tone Resonator for sale
$750.00 plus shipping. There is one repaired finish crack
on the back (pencil is pointing to it in the 3rd picture). Apparently this was one of the less than perfect finish jobs, but it doesn't affect the tone at all. Soft case and 3 sets of strings included in the deal. I take paypal.

Ed didn't say if this Gold Tone came from Paul's shop. It's my understanding that less than 10% of the Gold Tone/Beard guitars after arriving from China go through the Beard shop in Maryland for final setup and assembly.
As for current prices when new I was curious myself what the 8 string version is going for and at Elderly in Michigan they are $929.25...not real sure why they needed to get that extra quarter in there. 
The 6 string entry level version, also like the 8 string is made of laminate mahogany goes for $799 at Elderly.
