Thanks for that Andy, always loved that song, I liked Brian Augers Oblivion Express version of it .
Greg Leisure and Frizzell are awesome together, really create such a great mood. _________________ Regards, Craig

Wow, Wes meets the Tornados!
I like that Bill played the middle section on Bumpin' twice. I always thought that was the best part of the tune and in Wes' original version it's only played once. |

Andy, thanks for posting this. This has been one of my favorite Wes Montgomery songs for a long time. This is a great version. A guitar instructor I was taking lessons from when I was around 12 years old lent me a Wes Montgomery record and he has been my favorite guitar player ever since. |

One of my favorites too. Just a one-chord vamp but Wes played it with such feeling and authority. Love Frisell's take and agree about doubling the bridge.
Here are Bill and Greg in another context entirely - with jazz great Charles Lloyd.; a fairly unusual gig for a pedal steeler but Greg is like Bill, so musical they are beyond category.
