This is bigger Brooks, maybe to big to identify anyone.

They're well known musicians, two steel players included Smile

That looks like Gram Parson and band. Maybe FBB. I think I see Rusty Young and Sneaky Pete. I didn't really try to identify any of the others.

Number 2 is Gene Clark, same haircut as on the "Fantastic Expediton Of Dillard And Clark" cover.
Number 10 is not Al Perkins, but Gene Parsons

There are so many groups and splinter groups represented in that photo from the historical early country rock era.

Could #6 possibly be Paul Cotton?

#6 is Jon Corneal, drummer for Gene Clark, and a bunch of 60's country stars.

Wow! Let's see. Gram Parsons band, FBB, Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, Poco, Eagles, Souther-Furay-Hillman, Dillard-Clark, the Dillards, Desert Rose Band, for starters....so many more configurations and variations and so much fabulous music from the country rock pioneers in this photo.
