Try George Pilburn at Georgeboards. He made me some very nice and reasonably priced custom lexan fretboards. I think he has a computer program to lay out different scales.

Thanks John, the board that I want is out of stock, gonna email him about an alternative. Wish he offered markers beside cards, Jackson has a design alternative that I like. Don't know how card markers would go over in Church, Thanks again.

I got the deluxe stars. No problem with them in church, and looks really good

John, could you post a picture of your fretboard, and how thick,
are the stars different colors, and is the lexan clear, or colored background? Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,

There are pics of the fretboards on the Georgeboards website. Lexan boards are now being used my most steel guitar manufacturers. They are roughly 1/32" thick, lazer cut,m self-stick, and printed (white lines and grafix on a black base) from the underside. The grafix will never rub off. Good quality stuff, mine are 23" scale and custom sized for keyless 12 string lap steels I'm building.

For more info please contact George, and tell him John sent ya.

Hello from GeorgeBoards aka George-io

We can make any:
scale
outer dimension
number of fret lines
Compensate 1st fret for rollernuts
RGB Color including White

I have done all sorts of Custom Markers
Maple Leaves for a Canadian Player
Rectangles ala Fender (but not plagiarized)
Dots - Deck of Cards ala Sho-Bud (but not plagiarized)
Signatures

I've made all sorts of Non Pedal - all sorts of Pedal Retros.
We have vinyl peel n stick use for overlays - low cost DIY Projects.

The Lexans are .030 thickness (1/32) with a Non Glare Surface Texture
They are back printed and resist face scratching from picks or wear off like silk screened aluminum ones do.

With the main big speech out of the way , --
We Do Not Plagiarize in Business Companies LOGO's - Markers without Express Written Permission.

I'm thinking of a white card marker fretboard for my ETS . when measuring the scale length do I take from centre of roller bridge to nut ? If so I get 24" and I see about every size but 24" on Georges site .Any thoughts ?

George just said he can make it to any length, with customizable offsets for the roller nut.
