Are these still being manufactured and sold?
I know there were problems after his passing.
He was a good man, and his levers second to none.
If not is there anyone making a similar product?

I believe Michael Yahl of PSG Parts is probably your best bet these days for Sho-Bud knee lever parts. I don't think he sells actual "kits" but he does have most all of the parts, so you can pick and choose from his selection.
