Walnut satin mica, original Emmons pickups, Serial #1902 D. This was gone through by Mike Cass. Standard Emmons setup on copedent. No issues, great condition. This Emmons has that great PP raw brass that really cuts through the mix. Play less and sound like more. Asking $2,995 + actual shipping costs. No trades please.

This is a steal! I have the exact same guitar serial 1702D. I wouldn't take 5K for mine. Irreplaceable!

This guitar is in great condition, as well. Larry Behm, my good friend, has played this guitar and can attest to it's great raw PP tone. Mechanically very sound.

I told him not to sell it, but he has to buy his kids a brand new pair of shoes.

Yes this is a really good Emmons, I have one like it and paid much more for it.

can we see the bottom ? What are the knee lever functions, especially the two right levers.

I am assuming the left knees raise and lower the E's and the V drops 5.

thx

in the photo it looks like RKL raises both 1 and 2, yes, no ?

Also in the photo, I think string 4, there looks to be a Sho Bud Brass barrel, is that used for the 4th string 1/2 step lower, LKR ?

Not to hijack your thread Dennis, but how does that half-step/whole step lower work on 4? Don't understand what adding that brass barrel assembly does exactly? And then there is that rod with what looks to be 3 springs along its length with the thumb screw adjuster; what does that do? Boy, this is a nice Emmons.

Do not let the low price fool you, this is a very good unit, someone is going to be getting a really good deal. Dennis is paying it forward.
