I thought I noticed that to, Leo. I thought what he said was pretty brave because I agreed with it. However one doesn't like to promote
opinions that may be unpopular, and TK seems pretty popular but for the life of me I don't know why.
Reminds me of the many posts where I've clicked the bomb to delete. No harm, no foul.

My comments were too intense, and also pointless, as my opinions regarding songwriting should only be exposed face to face over drinks or something better, or both. In my gang of friends and musicians, we are brutal with each other when we talk music, because we love music and each other. We regularly insult each other's choices, manliness, ethnic heritage, parents ,children, known weak spots ( mine is an unexplainable love of 70's electronic music) whatever it takes! Then we make them play it again and we start all over, sometimes people will cave in ,sometimes not but it is all in the service of music and camaraderie and fun. Since this song attempts to be political I thought it might be okay to address it in that way. Then I remembered I don't know any of you ( although sometimes it feels that way) and this forum should not be tainted by politics, especially mine, as I am a full blown World Citizen Liberal( try getting that on country radio) . So I deleted the post, listened to the song again (still hate it) and wrote this. I am guilty of being what you see when your behind a horse trailer. Sorry gang peace and love to all especially Mr Keith

Thank you Bryan Staddon, and we are brothers on this FORUM in Music. Mr.Toby Keith is a joking fool to me with love & life. He is (Toby) as real as it gets even in a joking matter and has fun. Politics is a Joke and it to sad when it gets used to undo fun in the love of Music as a Musician. Serious drama is crazy Arms. Now, Where was I? Laughing United is better than fight. Winking

Nothing political about Toby. Nope.

He looks pretty serious. His guitar top looks warped.

I think you acquitted yourself overly well, Brian, considering the subject.
Mr. Keith, Leo, and I are all laughing, and I suspect you are too. Good on ya.

My favorite album of electronic music is

from the early '60s. Pioneering stuff. Hard to seriously embrace country thereafter.
Starts off like The Mothers. Columbia Princeton Electronic Music Center

Leo: I may be hitting the road again before long. Love is calling. More later.
What's this say? luBBOck
(Lubbock: it has a little luck in it. I really ought to write a song before I leave, it's got all the right rhymes--'where the wind don't blow it suck'. Maybe Toby could record it.)

Charlie, you never know where the next big hit may come from. Like a " Red Solo Cup " from TEXAS. I think my " WELFARE BUM " (song) MINISTRIES OF LIFE has " A Few More Cowboys " in the field with the a " Big Buck Cowboy " drinking Holy Water to clean the minds of joking. Maybe I should just hit and run. Laughing

ROUTE 91 HARVEST COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL in Las Vegas,NV.had more than " A FEW MORE COWBOYS " singing in the crowd with Toby Keith. Blast your local Country Radio Station on-air personally to play it for you and listen to why you won't hear on there. PS: Also vote for " Carrie Underwood " for ENTERTAINER of the year by The ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC in 2016 Show that will air in 2017. & Congratulation to you for doing this and it will keep Country music Steel guitarist working. Whoa!
