Nice! I don't know how much of it is volume pedal, but I'm really impressed at the tone and sustain above the 12th fret.

Stan, the tuning is C6 with a D on top: DECAGECA. I approximated the E9 A pedal and E KL sounds at the top of the tune with slants on strings 1 and 4.

Scott, I definitely used the volume pedal for the high stuff but this Clinesmith has a good solid tone and sustain even way up where most steels get plunky or shrill or start to have weird harmonics get in the mix.
