Broke my heart when Buddy passed. Guess I've thought of him most every day. However in my opinion Buddy would not want us to morn his passing but celebrate his life. So, I'd like to share a few links to tunes from my favorite Western Swing LP steel guitar wise.Always makes me smile. Hope it does the same for you. Really captures his personality.

RIP. My hero. Though you no longer play on Earth. You're Still the Man.Very Happy And most likely always will be.

Sincerely Double b.

My 5 year old grand daughter stays overnight often. We've made a ritual of having music on at bath time. She requests Buddy a lot. Her favorites are Linus and Lucy, and Once Upon a Time in the West.

Passing along appreciation for Big E is how we're honoring his legacy.

Amen.......we should not let the appreciation of 'E' die with us.
