Pedal Steel is SOLD - Amp is still available for $500.
Excellent condition double neck pedal steel. 6 pedals and one knee bar with a crossover lever to switch from neck to neck. Original Sho-Bud Volume Pedal. Sold as a package with a hard to find Sho-Bud Custom Amp - 15".
$1,950 for the package
Prefer Pick-up NYC or Long Island but will ship.

Wood "tail" should be a 1967 up to mid 1968, I think.

Sir, I am not an expert here but when you look at top of the guitar the wood neck runs all the way back and around. The changer sits on top of that. No metal at the end of neck like later models. Hope this helps. J.R.

 Look at all the engineering under this master crafted for the time guitar. Good luck with the sale of this machine. Ernie Hagar was a friend of mine from Reno and he played one of these like magic. Rest in peace Ernie.

Serial number wise it looks to be a 1974. But all sources say it should be a 1967-68. Odd. Buds are hard to nail down! This looks like a nice guitar. I'd buy it, but I have one. I also think they are under rated because they are caught in the middle of a serious change in steel history. Western swing players and alt-country players should grab these up! Very versatile and easy to change to many copedants. Huge tone! They don't do "modern" E9 country as well as a conventional steel. So what. It's a killer guitar for many styles, including country. JMHO

David Jackson was, and remains, one of the most innovative steel guitar designers ever. Some of his ideas have stood the test of time, others have been relegated to the museum of steel guitar design. But his creativity remains constant in the S~B timeline.
I purchased a new Crossover in 1968, my first Sho-Bud.
