My friends, friend bought this 12 string at a garage sale real cheap. Can any of you recognize what make this is?

Shots of the underside would help, but I'm suspecting homemade. Never seen a production guitar with the output jack on top. Looks like MSA keyhead

The pedal design has some good ideas, especially the adjusters.

I agree that the keyhead looks like an MSA, but find it strange that the nut block is missing its "wings", and that it doesn't appear to contact the keyhead? Obviously made by someone with considerable skills and equipment, it seems strangely out of proportion, probably due to the narrow neck and wide binding.

The top of the guitar looks almost pristine, while the pedal board looke like it spent a few weeks on the floor in a restaurant kitchen. Oh Well

The fret spacing looks a bit random...

I'd guess it's home-made--And fairly well-made, too. Maybe the person who built it saw the prices for used guitars, here, and couldn't afford to buy one.
