For Sale: DERBY SD-10 3 pedal x 4 knee lever. Great guitar in A-1 shape, both mechanically and cosmetically, as you can see. Has a triple raise/double lower all pull changer, with square cross shafts & 4-hole bell cranks or puller. Has a Wallace Truetone pickup. You don't see these great guitars come along that often. The case is also in A1 shape. Emmons set up. True color is a real nice darker blue. Mica body in real nice shape with no scratches, dings, etc. Guitar was very well cared for. Comes with a vinyl cover, leg and rod bag. I'll throw in a brand new Dunlop #921 7/8" steel tone bar w/sleeve and a brand new set of picks. Also I'll throw in a Spin Doctor, which is a handy little plastic tool that inserts on the end of your cordless drill or screwdriver to install strings with ease.

Pedal A raises strings 5 & 10 from B to C#
Pedal B raises strings 3 & 6 from G# to A,
Pedal C raises string 4 from E to F# & 5 from B to C#
Left Outer Knee Lever raises the E's, strings 4 & 8, from E to F
Left Inner Knee Lever lowers the E's, strings 4 & 8 from E to D#
Right Inner Knee Lever raises string 1 a full tone, from F# to G#, & lowers string 6 from G# to F# (full tone)
Right Outer Knee Lever lowers string 2 from D# to C# & lowers string 9 from D to C#.
NOTE: LEFT INNER AND RIGHT OUTER KNEE LEVERS HAVE WIDE FACTORY FLAGS ON THEM.

This is a great guitar at a super price. It's a super buy for a guitar that is comparable to an Emmons. And this one is in A-1 shape.

I did find a little wiggle room on pricing. So I am lowering by $100. But this is definitely the lowest I can go. Now FOR SURE it's a great buy on a great guitar !!

| When I was looking for a steel,of course there were no Derbys to be found.Doggone,if I had the $$$,this would be in my living room right now.Beautiful guitar & I have never seen Mr.Al post any guitar that wasn't a beauty ! This is a great price...i hope someone buys it soon because the wheels are turning,trying to figure a way.Don't miss out. |

Beautiful instrument, indeed. I personally think all steels should come with the wide flags on the knees.
