Steve's played on a lot of sessions with Trace. He played steel on "Don't Lie", "More", and many other songs Trace recorded after the More record. Paul Franklin played on Trace's "Dreamin' Out Loud", "Big Time", "More", and on a few songs on the "Chrome" record, which featured Paul on some songs and Steve on a few songs and on a record that Cracker Barrel had in the store, Steve played steel on Trace's version of "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down" |

Thanks for the info Brett. I like Steve's style. It stands out on the recording within the songs. _________________ ShoBud The Pro 1

Did Paul play the unique/bell-like/chromatic/minor key solos on that early recording? |

I stand corrected. I can't remember where I saw that it was probably Steve. But Allmusic lists it as Paul. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, NV400, NV112 . Playing for 54 years and still counting. |
