Norma Jean, thank you for all the work you do for our club. I believe we're in for another good show. Hopefully we'll have good weather. There'll be lots of folks in town for the Dogwood Festival so I hope a bunch of 'em come by and check out the music. Very Happy

I hate to have to take Ronnie Neighbors off the schedule but due to work schedule, he regrets having to cancel but wants to tell everyone hi and that he hopes to see us next year. Sad This I believe is the first time he won't be able to play. Ron we'll miss not having you but you all have a good time as well. We may just have to have a jam the last 30 minutes!!! Very Happy Very Happy

Sounds like a great show this weekend. Please make sure my good friend Tony Tipton does not wear that OU hat when he plays. Last year Roy Rosetta give him a hard time about the hat.

Man, how much fun we had today at the Siloam Springs show. Got to pick again with Roy Rosetta, Bob Dell, Mike McGee and Clark Cox. That is one tight house band! Got to visit with a lot of friends. We had a great time. Then went to West Fork, AR and played the Little O' Oprey. We just got home rather worn out but it was a great day.

My sincere THANKS to the SSSGC for having me at their 21st annual show. I was very surprised, honored, and humbled to receive a special award plaque this year from this club. It goes up on the wall in the studio tomorrow! Please forgive me if I leave someone out... Norma Jean, Donley, Larry, Bill... Thank you SO MUCH!

It was an honor to work in the staff band with Clark Cox, Bob Dell, and Roy Rosetta. Tremendous talent to be around - I'm grateful for their friendship. It was GREAT fun!

Lots of super steel guitar players this weekend - folks, make plans to come next year. A great show in a beautiful area.

We had a great time with great friends, great music, great food, and great weather. Thank you Roy Rosetta, Mike McGee, Bob Dell, and Clark Cox for the great backing you gave the steelers and singers.

Thank you ladies for your hard work in the preparation and serving the delicious food.

Thank you our dear friends Jerry and Venda Hanley for the inspirational church service this morning to set the tone for the day.

It would take lots and lots of room and I'm sure I would leave someone out if I tried to name everyone involved so let me just say thank you to all who helped in any way. We appreciate all you did for the show.

A special highlight for me was when Donley and Norma Jean surprised me (and I do mean surprised!) with a plaque from our club. I was speechless. Thank you guys very much!

I know I overused the word "great" but it truly was a fun weekend. Very Happy Very Happy

Larry
